INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Do you need to return or exchange an item? Here’s how you do it.
We only issue store credits or refunds in the amount of the original item purchased/returned, excluding shipping costs.
JANTHEE Berlin accepts returns within 14 days of receiving the product. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed with original liners and hang tags still attached to them. We offer Store Credit codes or refund for our customers. Please send an email to support@jantheeberlin.com if you have any questions.
Returns are only accepted if we are contacted within 14 days of receiving the product. All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, they must be returned with all original liners and tags still attached to the item.
HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
STEP 1 Please fill out the Return form on the right and add your name, order number & date.

STEP 2 Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to exchange or return in the original packaging. 






STEP 3 You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Please send your parcel to this address:
Please track your parcel - if packages are lost in transit, we are not liable to exchange or refund. PLEASE MARK YOUR PARCEL AS “SAMPLE” WITH A VALUE OF 10€ (non EU countires).
