EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY:
JANTHEE Berlin will happily accept RETURNS for exchange or credit (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused articles. Customers wishing to return products must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. The swimwear must be unworn with original liner and tags attached. You must include the original sales receipt and packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of purchase (please contact us within 14 days). Only regular priced items may be credited for a refund. For exchanging sale items you will receive Store Credit (including discount codes and promotions from time to time via Social Media or our mailing list). So it is very important to follow our size guide and / or email us at email@example.com with any questions before you purchase to ensure you have the perfect fitting bikini.
By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive discount codes and promotions from time to time, however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage of a refund once a sale commences.
If you are EXCHANGING, you only need to return the piece(s) you wish to exchange. Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your swimwear being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service for returning goods to ensure you have a tracking record.
HOW TO EXCHANGE/RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER
Please contact our Customer Care team to reserve the newly desired size. We will contact you within 24h on working days (Monday-Friday) - E-Mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Using the Exchange & Returns form, which is attached, indicate which item(s) you want to exchange and the reason. Please add your name and your order number.
Insert the Exchange & Returns form with the item(s) you wish to exchange or return in the original packaging.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Please send your parcel to this address:
Please send us your tracking number to ensure that we receive your package - if packages are lost in transit, we are not liable to exchange or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit.
If it‘s approved, the credit will be processed within one business week. However, your banking institution may take several days to process the credit.
The previously reserved exchange item will be dispatched immediately. You may only exchange ONCE per order.

GERMANY Standard - Cost 5,00 EUR
GERMANY Express - Cost 13,00 EUR
INTERNATIONAL Standard - Cost 10,00 EUR
We are not responsible for any VAT charges. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these charges may be necessary to release your order. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the shipping company.
